  • Optional: short 1–3 sentence bio
  • Optional: social links or website

📝 Submission Guidelines

We don’t need perfection — we need honesty.
But here’s what helps your piece make it onto The Guest Bench:

1. Be real.

Write from experience, frustration, insight, or something you’ve lived.
No manufactured outrage. No copy/paste talking points.

2. Keep it grounded.

ACMP is built on common sense — not conspiracy land, not rage bait, not polished propaganda.

3. Tone matters.

You can be blunt, honest, gritty, sarcastic, funny, pissed off — just stay human.
No unhinged rants. No academic fluff.

4. Length

  • Short pieces: 400–800 words
  • Standard articles: 800–1,500 words
  • Long-form: up to 2,500 if the topic deserves it
    If you go longer, make sure every paragraph earns its place.

5. Accuracy

If you’re stating a fact, try to source it.
If you’re giving an opinion, own it.

6. No personal attacks

You can criticize groups, ideas, policies, behaviors — but no doxxing, threats, or going after private individuals by name.

7. No AI articles

You can brainstorm or outline using tools, but the voice must be yours.
Readers can smell fake from a mile away.

  • Commentary on culture, politics, work, family, or society
  • Experiences from the trades, military, small business, parenting
  • Observations about the world that make people stop and think
  • Satirical or humorous takes (if they fit the ACMP tone)

  • Hate speech
  • Corporate PR
  • Cut-and-paste talking points
  • Articles written to promote a product
  • Unfounded claims with zero evidence
  • Endless rage rants with no direction
